We are pleased to announce that the first Quiz Night will be held on Friday 19 May 2017. Doors will open at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start. Tickets will cost £7.50 each; this will include a “sausage and chip supper” or a vegetarian option from the Trident Fish Bar and a complimentary raffle ticket. The PTA will be selling soft drinks on the night and adults are invited to bring their own drinks if they would like something stronger! Teams will consist of six people per table. If you would like a team table then please let us know. Tickets will go on sale from the Primary Phase office on Monday 24 April. Please note that this event is for adults only and we are limited to 60 places so tickets will not be available on the evening. We welcome raffle donations for this event. We look forward to seeing you there!
Our Summer Fair will be taking place on Saturday 24 June 2017, 1:00pm to 3:00pm. We need to recruit some willing volunteers, so if you are able to help, please sign up on the sheet available in the Primary Phase office. We are keen to start gathering quality raffle prizes this year, so if anyone has any contacts or can help with this please let us know? We would also love to hear from any of you who are able to assist with designing flyers for this event. We will be requesting raffle and tombola prize donations and items for the toy and book stall, all of which are gratefully received. External stalls are welcome at £15.00 each.
