Pupils from Cavendish School travelled to Bede’s in Upper Dicker, on Tuesday 14th March 2017, to race Rocket Cars which they built from a foam blocks provided. Using a hot wire cutter, they made the most aerodynamic shape possible. When they arrived at Bede’s they were given a rocket module and BBC Micro:Bit, using bluetooth, they reviewed their score. The fastest speed was 43.44mph.
